Rear Addition, Foundation WorkOn first meeting Piero was cordial, respectful and a good listener. He genuinely enjoys his work and working with others. We needed a small rear addition that was in sad shape to be stripped down to the studs and rebuilt.
We also needed repairs to the main rear building foundation wall (parging). His work crew worked very quickly and with a final stucco exterior finish, with excellent results. On the whole it was a good experience. His pricing was fair and reasonable and completed on budget.

Piero came out on Monday to offer me a quote, he worked with my Budget and even squeezed me in the next day to accommodate the other work I had already scheduled. The job required more work than quoted but Piero kept to the numbers he sent me. He completed the job same day (as promised) and was a respectful contractor (clean and neat). His team even locked up for me when I had to leave for a family matter. I was so nervous to trust a stranger from online but he far surpassed my expectations. The results are waaaay better than expected.

Quick Fix. I interviewed 4 other companies before speaking with Piero, he was very friendly, punctual, knowledgeable and was able to work out a quote for me on the spot. His quote was also very reasonable. His contractors were very kind and worked hard to get a great job done on my full bathroom renovation, walk in closets, stairs and exhausts in my home.
I'm currently working on another renovation and Piero was the first person I called, I would definitely keep his number on hand for any future projects.

Walk-Up Separate Entrance From Basement After months and months of waiting for my original contractor to come (who kept promising week after week that he was coming to start the job and never did) I became so fed up one day that I literally searched Woodbridge/Vaughan contractors right from Google and he was the first person I saw in my search and the first person I called. He answered his phone right away and it was a Sunday! We spoke briefly, he mentioned he was in the middle of a job but that he'd come by later in the day to look at the job and he did!!! I couldn't believe it and neither could my husband. He looked at the job, gave us a very fair quote but most importantly, he promised he'd start within a week or so... I was skeptical... He did not ask for a deposit, he just promised he'd be here in a week with his crew. One week later, he was here!
Piero and his crew were very professional, dedicated and excellent at their work. He went above and beyond the walkout, he installed the exterior door which is not something he usually does but he had a contractor come and install it so we didn't have to worry about having to look for a carpenter. Every day before they left, they cleaned up and covered their work neatly and left everything prepared for the next day. The bin in our driveway was removed the same day they finished.
The job was complete in 1 week! Amazing! Great job, honest & excellent customer service!
Piero, thank you for all your help and for getting the job done quickly but more importantly, for providing an excellent job!

Concrete Walkway 4 ft by 31 ft I will recommend them to everyone I know. The work was started and completed same day. Very impressed with the work they did and the care they took to make sure it was done the way we wanted it. They left my property the way it was when they arrived, cleaning up as they went along.

The project involved excavation, demolition and disposal of the existing small walk-up stairs, cutting of a larger basement opening for the installation of a new door, installation of a steel I-beam, forming and pouring concrete footings, walls, stairs and balcony, waterproofing and re-grading. Piero and his team were always on time (very rare in our days) and completed the work in professional manner. Piero was able to keep the project on schedule even when some of his subcontractors did not show up on time. Piero was always reachable and easy to communicate with. All his crew members knew what they were doing. The work was checked and passed the city inspections. Two years later the stairs stand firm w/o any problems. I could definitely recommend Piero.

Peter and his crew did our backyard for us and we couldn't be happier. We hadn't touched it in almost 2 years since we did renovations so it was uneven, weeds that were unbelievably tall and just looked like it would take forever to fix. Needless to say, the backyard was cleared in 1 day, leveled and tilled the next day and sod put down the 3rd day. We know have a backyard again!
